How we handle your information.

Ask about your information

This page describes the information used by this website and the inquiry process. Updated October 20, 2026.

Information you choose to send

Our forms ask for contact and business information needed to respond to your request. Depending on the form, this can include your name, email, website, business name, business size, location, services, current inquiry sources, chosen plan, project notes and preferred conversation time. A conversation request can also include a phone number you want us to call or a video preference. Submitting these forms does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

When you send a question through Badger Guide, the submitted chat transcript helps us understand the request. Avoid putting passwords, payment card details or other sensitive information in a form or chat message.

What we use it for

We use the information to answer questions, review your website, prepare a quote, arrange a requested conversation and handle service discussions. A plan request does not process a payment. We confirm scope and next steps by email.

Inquiry notifications are sent to our support inbox. Brevo handles transactional email and stores contact details in a backup contact list so an inquiry can be followed up. Email handling and forwarding services route those messages to the team responsible for responding.

Chat and calculator storage

Badger Guide provides prepared answers and matches typed questions to those topics. It does not use an AI model to generate responses. The conversation is kept in your browser's session storage so it can continue while you move between pages in the same browser session. Sending a follow-up request transmits the conversation with the contact details you provide.

The calculators update in your browser. They do not send your sale values, margins or close rates to us. This website does not include an advertising tracker or a general website analytics service. We do not change site behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals.

Hosting and spam prevention

Vercel hosts the website and processes form requests. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for spam and automated abuse. The check can process technical information such as an IP address and browser information. Form submissions are verified before we accept them.

These providers handle information under their own policies. You can read the Vercel privacy policy, Cloudflare privacy policy and Brevo privacy policy for details about their services.

Keeping and correcting information

We retain inquiry correspondence and contact records for responding to requests and managing the resulting business relationship. If you want to correct information, ask about the data associated with your inquiry or request deletion, email support@wisconsinseo.company. We may need enough information to locate the record and verify the request.

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Links to other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. If this website's handling of information changes, we will update this page and its date.
